> I don't draw Humans or other complicated species, so bare in mind that art won't look as good

T.O.S

Before you commission

Be mindful that my T.O.S can and will change in the future. T.O.S changes are pinged in my Discord server, Bluesky or Instagram stories.

> Must be 13+ to commission or have parental permission, for NSFW you must be 18+.

> Clean and Clear references must be provided, as long as the colors aren't distorted. Distorted Refs will be rejected.

> The artist has the right to refuse the commission for any reason, refunds will be given if paid.

> Personal Information must be confidential between the commissioner and the artist.

Please specify what you want in your commission with Pose, Expression, Feel, etc. Or if you want an Artist Liberty art (Let the artist draw anything).

Commissions are not first-come-first-serve, if I'm having a hard time working on one Commission, I will work on another one to clear the queue.

Artist work might take up to 2 weeks for completion, please be patient.

Rights

> Your reference(s) will be displayed on my Public Queue if they are sent, please send references you have the rights to and are comfortable being on display.

> Your commission and the details are displayed on my Public Queue.

> Art is for Personal Use ONLY, and must not be used in advertising or reselling unless agreed to.

> Credit must be given if Commissioned Art is displayed

Payments

> Payments are upfront through Paypal, Cashapp or Ko-Fi, and must be made within 48 hours.

Refunds are available for sketches that haven't been complete in under 2 weeks.
